Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers needing product support—whether it’s troubleshooting an issue, guiding a repair, or helping with returns. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide phone support to customers and technicians, walking them through product troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Process and manage returned products (RMAs).

  • Deliver accurate repair estimates.

  • Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions clearly and efficiently.

  • Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Hands-on mechanical knowledge and comfort using tools.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with order or quote processing.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor experience a plus).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong English skills (verbal & written); bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
